Counsellor and psychotherapist based in Clapham, South West London, and Westminster, Central London
HOW I CAN HELP
There are many demands on our time and resources and psychotherapy is an opportunity to explore issues and conflicts arising in our day to day lives. Sometimes you can’t discuss problems with your family or friends, but a trained therapist can help you, in complete confidence, to reach a deeper understanding of your situation. Therapy can help you to understand your feelings and create a framework for a more positive outlook.Coming for counselling or psychotherapy during periods of your life which are stressful, is a very positive choice to make, both for yourself and for others in your life.
MY EXPERIENCE
I work in the voluntary sector as a therapist with a women’s charitable organisation. I also have experience as a senior counsellor with Victim Support and with bereavement counselling.
I offer counselling and psychotherapy, and am based in Westminster, Central London, and Clapham, South West London.
My experience helping people includes:WHAT TO EXPECT
Counselling and psychotherapy involves talking in a safe and confidential atmosphere, where you will be listened to with empathy and sensitivity. The therapeutic process enables you to find a way through to self-directed change. You can talk freely about issues at a pace and depth comfortable to you.

MY APPROACH
My approach is person-centred and I believe together we can form a confidential and trusting
relationship, which will help you develop greater self awareness and personal insight. With an altered perspective you can overcome negative emotions and attain greatly improved emotional wellbeing.
THE NEXT STEP
I understand it is difficult to take this first step to making an appointment but this can be a move towards resolving any issues that may hinder your wellbeing. I see people from all walks of life, with a variety of experiences.
